What we collect

Account details (name, email), the price lists you scan or upload, and basic usage analytics that help us improve the product. Your catalogue data belongs to you.

How we use it

Scanned documents are processed by OCR and AI solely to build your searchable catalogue. We never sell your data, and your price lists are never used to train models for other customers.

Storage & security

Catalogue data is stored encrypted in transit and at rest in cloud infrastructure. Access is scoped to your account and, on Team plans, the members you invite.

Your rights

Export your data at any time (CSV/Excel). Delete your account and we remove your catalogue from our systems. Questions or requests: hello@pricioai.com.
